FINALLY! We put in our offer at the end of July and just last Wednesday Nick signed for both of us (power of attorney while Em is away in Maryland) and we got keys. The yard is in progress and there is a long list of "Honey-do's," but we are thrilled to have a new den. It is out in the sticks, near Storm Lake, technically a Snohomish address. 3BR, 2BA 1982 built, 1980 ft2.
Congrats! Hopefully we will soon be joining you in homeownership! I can't wait to come see you guys as soon as I'm up there (Trevor is already there). Did you know that we found an apartment for a decent price in Issaquah? I want to come see you RIGHT AWAY! Oh, what is the address to your new house? When are you moving in?
